• Bookings can be made by calling our official helpline.
• A confirmation message or phone call will be shared once the booking is accepted.
• We recommend advance bookings for Airport and Outstation services to ensure availability.

3. User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
• Riders are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards drivers and adhere to in-vehicle guidelines.
• The use of alcohol, illegal substances, or any inappropriate conduct during the trip is strictly prohibited.

• Final fare may include additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, and waiting time.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If applicable, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
