1. Shipping / Service Delivery Policy

Mathi Call Taxi provides on-demand and pre-booked taxi services including local trips, airport transfers, hourly rentals, and outstation travel. Once a booking is confirmed, a driver and vehicle will be dispatched as per the selected time and location. Service timelines depend on traffic conditions and other external factors. We aim to deliver timely service, but delays may occur due to force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances.

Service Confirmation:

  • Users will receive booking confirmation via SMS/email/call.
  • Pickup and drop-off times are estimated and may vary.

Delivery Scope:

  • Services are rendered physically through the arrival of the vehicle and driver at the pickup location.

2. Driver & Vehicle Policy

All drivers associated with Mathi Call Taxi:

  • Hold valid commercial driving licenses.
  • Undergo background checks and verification.
  • Are trained to follow safety protocols and customer service guidelines.

Vehicle Standards:

  • Vehicles are maintained regularly and comply with local transport authority regulations.
  • Cleanliness, air conditioning (if applicable), and mechanical fitness are ensured before each ride.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk, or if users exhibit misconduct.


3. Ride & Fare Policy

Fare Structure:

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of service selected (local, airport, hourly, outstation).
  • Any tolls, parking, interstate taxes, or night charges are additional and payable by the customer.

Billing:

  • An estimated fare may be provided during booking; final fare is based on actual usage.

Delays/Waiting Charges:

  • Waiting time beyond the free limit may be chargeable.
  • Cancellations after driver dispatch may incur cancellation charges.

4. User Account & Access Policy

Users can make bookings without registration. However, when an account is created (via app or future platform upgrades), the following applies:

Account Use:

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Misuse of account or impersonation may lead to suspension.

Data Privacy:

  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill service requests.

5. Complaints & Disputes Policy

We take user feedback seriously and encourage you to report issues regarding:

  • Driver behavior
  • Vehicle condition
  • Fare discrepancies
  • Service delays or no-shows

Complaint Handling:

  • Complaints may be sent via call, SMS, or email.
  • Our team will respond within 48 working hours.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably.
  • If not resolved, matters will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
